The Virtual Emiratisation Career Fair isn't a networking event dressed up as a career fair. Every employer you'll meet on Thursday 21st May has been verified and accepted because they have real open roles and a genuine commitment to hiring UAE National talent.

We deliberately keep our events small. Not every company that applies to participate is accepted, and not every registered employer makes it to event day — because we hold the bar on hiring intent all the way through. If an employer isn't ready to hire, they aren't on the platform.

What that means for you is simple: a smaller room of serious employers is worth more than a packed hall of companies with no open roles. Every booth you visit, every conversation you have, and every advisor meeting you book is with an employer who is actively looking to hire someone like you — before the June Emiratisation deadline.

We've held that standard across all 8 of our events since we created this format in 2020. Quality over volume has always been our position, and it always will be.
